03

Financial management

The goal of financial management in procurement is to determine the real degree of stability and reliability of suppliers (including potential ones) and the logic of the price composition. Understanding the nature of financial reporting documents makes it possible to understand the management effectiveness of a particular company. As a result of analysis and comparison of various data we will learn to identify risky partners and the correlation between the company’s performance and the data of the entire industry..

04

Whole life asset management

Typically, the cost of acquiring substantial assets, such as equipment, is only the tip of the iceberg and may even be less than other related payments in companies. That is why one should take into account the purchase price, payment terms and delivery costs, along with the cost of the entire asset lifecycle: acquisition, storage, installation, maintenance, operation and final disposal.. In this module we will consider the best options, taking into account all associated costs and alternatives, as well as the ways to keep track of quantitative, financial estimates, and also formulate and analyze estimated assumptions.

05

Relationship management with stakeholders. Change management

This module is about the classic relationships management methods between the interested sides as the key element of a “huge value” creation that may take 70% of the company market price. You can define the group of influence in the company and outside of it, build the strategy and communication tactics in relation to the stakeholders, also define the changes and expected result potentials.

06

Risk management. Audit. Procurement ethics

Business evolution has shown the importance of ethical and transparent business management. At the same time, ethics can be interpreted in different ways in different organizational cultures, which leads to the need to develop a single concept set. Business, in turn, understands the risk level of corruption. It votes for anti-corruption policies and controls the procurement activity regarding the identification and management of such risks. In this module the types of risks and methods of their management will be determined. We will consider the tools for assessing business processes in procurement, analyze the concept of ethics and options for its interpretation, as well as the impact on ethics and compliance approaches on business success.
